This anisotropicplus video describes a significant durability problem with the way I originally installed our yard hydrant that led to a PVC fitting cracking and a catastrophic failure and leak. I also show how I corrected it. If you are considering installing a yard hydrant, also called bury hydrant, you should watch this video.
